- 7 Night Minimum
- Sleeps 13 total guests. For any guest exceeding the standard occupancy of 10, an additional fee of $50 per person, per night for up to 3 additional guests.
- Vacation Prime Season (October 1st – April 30th) $800 per night (7+ nights)
- Summer Special Season (May 1st – September 30th) $750 per night (7+ nights)
- Book your stay with 50% due at booking and the balance auto-charged 30 days before arrival. The $750 refundable security deposit is auto-charged 3 days before check-in and will be returned within 5 days after your stay, provided no deductions are needed. Simply sign the rental agreement to complete your booking.
- The insurance offered at checkout is required in the event of an accident or damage. In such cases, the insurance coverage will be applied first, followed by the security deposit, and then a personal guarantee if necessary. Upon check-in, guests will have one hour to inspect the property and report any existing damage to info@paradisepalmsretreat.com.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 45 days before check-in. Cancellations made 44-15 before check-in are eligible for credit toward a future stay within the next 90 days. The new booking must be made prior to the original check-in date and meet the 7-night requirement. If the new stay is priced higher, the guest is responsible for the difference.There are no refunds on credits and any unused credits will be forfeited by the customer. If no new booking is made prior to the original check-in date, the credit offer is forfeited. No refund or credit for cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in.
